Orange's Ile-de-France regional management has more than 7,000 employees with a wide variety of missions: customer service, stores, fiber deployment, etc. To unite its teams, the OD has chosen to bring the group's strategic plan to life in the "Ensemble N°1" commitment scheme.
Bringing a five-year plan to life on a daily basis is a real challenge. One year after the launch of Ensemble N°1, Orange asked us to think about a plan that would make the 5 strategic plan's axes concrete and tangible for all the 7,000 employees of the Ile-de-France Regional Management. We came up with Ensemble N°1 : C'est Nous !

A program that highlights the actions carried out throughout the Ile-de-France region. The interactive map Ensemble N°1 C'est Nous combined with the treasure hunt enabled the 7,000 employees to discover the projects carried out in the four corners of the region.
